What services does Nationwide Cardiovascular provide?

Advanced cardiac monitoring — Mobile Cardiac Telemetry, Holter and Extended Holter, and wireless event monitoring — alongside RN-led Virtual Care covering remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, and CIED monitoring.

What software sits behind the LifeSignals patch?

Our monitoring software. Continuous ECG streams arrive from the patch in real time, beats and rhythms are annotated as they arrive, and significant events are notified against your protocol. Our clinical team builds the event, daily, and end-of-study reports; you can verify any event against the full-disclosure ECG, or build your own report if you prefer.

What makes the LifeSignals patch different?

It is a single-use, wireless patch with 4-in-1 functionality: MCT, Holter, Extended Holter, and wireless event. It transmits ECG in real time for studies of up to 30 days — each patch lasts up to 7 days, and longer studies continue with a simple patch change at home. Allergic reactions are rare, and it stays comfortable enough that patients wear it for the full study window without interrupting daily life.

What is the DR400, and how is it used?

NorthEast Monitoring's smallest and most versatile recorder: up to 14 days of 3-channel Holter on a single charge, 33 grams, showerable (IP44), and built for accuracy and patient comfort. It integrates with HE/LX Analysis and LX Remote for streamlined review and reporting.

Is Nationwide Cardiovascular HIPAA-compliant?

Yes. All patient data is securely stored, transmitted, and accessed only by authorised personnel, maintaining the highest standards of privacy and security.

Who is your cardiac monitoring designed for?

Patients with heart rhythm issues, chronic cardiac conditions, or stroke risk. We support healthcare providers across the Northeastern US with tools for both in-clinic and remote monitoring.

Do patients need to return devices after use?

Mostly no. The LifeSignals patch is single-use and disposed of at the end of the study; the DR400 is remote-returnable. Either way, there is minimal need for a patient to come back to the clinic just to hand something over.

How does Virtual Care work alongside our practice?

A dedicated RN team works as an extension of your practice between office visits — handling outreach, review, and documentation, and escalating to your physicians when it matters. It is reimbursable and does not require you to add staff.

How do I get started?

Book a call through the website or ring us directly. We will work out which monitoring setup matches your practice and walk you through setup.
